Lactobacilli (beneficial bacteria) re-emerged earlier and in greater numbers in the EF-2001 group.
Bifidobacteria (beneficial bacteria) also re-emerged in greater numbers.
Conversely, Enterobacteriacae coliforms (harmful bacteria) re-emerged in lesser numbers.
In other words, EF-2001 has a positive effect in restoring intestinal flora.
